ronpr Right through their catalogue, one of the most prolific, consistent and thoughtful bands I've heard in decades, and, they sound like themselves. I don't think of any other musicians where I hear their stuff.. Favorite track: Self Esteem.

NoNuts What I love about these guys is that every new ep they release becomes my new favorite. I've had this one on repeat for about a month now. Every song is a killer but One For the Road is my favorite. Pays To Be Patient is a very close second. It's just so chill until it gets to the hook and gets a very ska-like feel. Absolutely love it.

I picked Brown Study purely for the Jens Lekman vibes. However, this entire album just gets more comfortable with every listen. This might be a niche take, but to me it's as if singer/songwriter Jens Lekman turned his hand to dream pop and trip hop while taking the rhythmic vibes of Cigarettes After Sex and dialing them up to "waking up in the morning after sex" tempo. It's a sonic trip is all I can say. riotgrrrl_meg
